TWPT is committed to protecting your personal data, being transparent about what we collect and why, and giving you control over it. We strive to be compliant in every way with all applicable international laws. Please contact us if you have any questions or suggestions about our privacy policy.

You care about how your personal information is used and shared, and TWPT and its partnered license brands take that very seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines the practices we follow when you visit our website. By visiting our website, you acknowledge that we are following these practices. Unless they are covered directly by the privacy policies of third-party providers, it also covers our newsletter and other touch points with our platform.

This Privacy Policy covers TWPT’s treatment of personal information that Pulse gathers when you are on the Pulse website and when you use any Pulse service. Pulse does not control or own the practices of third parties or individuals it does not manage or employ.

TWPT’s Collected Information

TWPT collects only personal information relevant to the purpose of our website. Our TWPT users provide us with the following types of information in order to provide them with a customized and efficient experience. We do not use this information in any way that is incompatible with this objective.

  1. Required Information: We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. If you decide not to provide us with certain information, you may not be able to take advantage of certain features.
  2. Automatic Information: Every time you interact with us, we receive and store certain types of information. In addition to your IP address, TWPT cookies, and the page you requested, TWPT and its authorized agents automatically record certain traffic data on their server logs from your browser. In addition to diagnosing problems with its servers, TWPT analyzes trends and administers the website using this traffic data. On any page, TWPT may display the total number of views that page has received. Several companies offer programs that let you visit websites anonymously. Pulse cannot provide you with a personalized experience if we are unable to recognize you, but we want you to be aware that these programs exist.

Email Communication

We value your privacy and will never share your email address with a third party without your explicit permission, as detailed below in Sharing Your Information. TWPT may send out e-mails with TWPT-related news, products, offers, surveys, or promotions.

Cookies

We use cookies to identify your browser and tell us how and when pages on our website are visited, and by how many people. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer’s hard drive by your Web browser. Cookies collected by Pulse do not collect personal information about you, and we do not combine that information with other personal information to determine who you are, what your screen name or e-mail address is.

The Help section of the toolbar on the majority of browsers will direct you on how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to command the browser to notify you when a new cookie is received, or how to completely disable cookies. Some of our coolest features require cookies, so we recommend you leave them activated.

You may receive a cookie from Pulse’s advertising partners that allows ad delivery systems to present more relevant ads based on anonymous, non-personally identifiable information.

Disclosure Of Information

Our policy is not to rent or sell your personal information to anyone, and your personal information will only be shared as described below.

TWPT Personnel: TWPT’s personnel, authorized consultants and/or contractors may have access to user information if necessary in the course of Pulse’s business.

Business Transfer: In some cases, we may decide to buy or sell assets. When we do this, user information is typically one of the business assets transferred. Pulse’s user information would also be transferred if it were acquired, or substantially all of its assets.

Protection of TWPT and Others: When we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other policies, or protect Pulse, employees, users, or others’ rights, property, or safety, we may release personal information. For fraud protection and credit risk reduction, we exchange information with other companies and organizations.

Syndication: TWPT supports RSS syndication for all of its public content.

Concent Approved: In accordance with your consent: Except as noted above, when your personal information is shared with third parties or used for a purpose incompatible with the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected, we will notify you, and you will have the option to opt out.

Privacy Policy Change

The Privacy Policy may be amended by TWPT at any time, at its sole discretion. Use of information collected now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time the information is collected. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Pulse website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
